Question 1: How to get the camera working? Answer: With the power from IEEE802.3af PoE switch/injector (NOT included) via one CAT5,6, or 7 ethernet cable (up to 330ft, one 1m/3.3ft cable included), you could set up and access the camera via Reolink App, Reolink PC client, or web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

Question 2: Will this work with the Reolink NVR or system? Answer: Yes, it does. Reolink NVRs with the hardware version of N7MB01/N6MB01/N5MB01/H3MB18/N3MB01/N2MB02 under the latest firmware version support the smart detection/playback for the RLC-820A. You can verify the compatibility via the System Information of the NVR.

Question 3: Is the camera compatible with third-party software/System/NVR? Answer: The RLC-820A IP camera can be added to some third-party software/NVR such as Blus Iris or Synology. But currently, we could only ensure the full compatibility between this camera and the Reolink NVR/software.
